Terms of Business
These terms of business are subject to change at our discretion and without notification. Please ensure you read these thoroughly before purchasing.
- Licenses
- You are purchasing licenses to activate digital products. To fully activate our software you will need to purchase a license per product.
- Non of our products come with trial modes.
- By purchasing through this site, you are agreeing to these terms and entering into a contract with Radio Connected UK.
- Financial
- Payments on our website are by Credit or Debit card or paypal only and are processed via Stripe.com. We store no financial information or card details on our website. If you choose to store your payment method for later purchases on your account, these details are stored with Stripe.com and not Radio Connected UK.
- If you wish to purchase one of our products via a method other than Credit or Debit card then you must get in touch with us at support@radio-connected.co.uk and we will assist as best we can.
- Our prices are subject to 20% VAT if you are purchasing from an EU member country. VAT is automatically applied should you be in a country subject to this term.
- Charges on your bank statement will be attributed to RADIOCONNECTED.
- By purchasing, you agree to Radio Connected Ltd using your participation in publicity materials.
- Delivery
- All licenses purchased are delivered to you on the email address you provide when purchasing via our store.
- We do not provide postal delivery of licenses or software on physical forms of media. All software if provided as digital download only.
- Some software can be downloaded from our website without the need to register. Some software requires a sign up in order to access it.
- Return, Refund and Cancellation
- Our policy is not to offer refunds on digital products However, we provide a 7-day cooling-off period during which you may request a refund if you are not satisfied with the service. This 7-day cooling-off period applies from: The date of your initial purchase, and The start of each new monthly billing cycle (for recurring subscriptions or services). If a refund is issued during this period, access to the digital products or services will be revoked immediately. After the 7-day cooling-off period has passed, no refunds or cancellations will be processed for that cycle.
- Support
- All purchases come with our standard 3 day support period which starts from the date of purchase. After this term in order to get support for the purchased product you must be subscribed to one of our support subscriptions.
